I have recently started a new job that I love on Dec 4/06. The relationship on both ends seems to be working well. When I accepted the offer, I didn't think I would want holidays this winter, now, I have the opportunity to go away for 1 week. My probationary period isn't up until the beginning of March. Should I ask for the week off or am I ruining something with my employer by asking for this?
