Exactly.

Many companies now pay lip-service to what Melissa was talking about a few posts up. They realize that employees are more than just minds and bodies, and that if the "whole" person isn't satisfied at work, they may leave to find employment that DOES satisfy their souls as well.

I say it's "lip-service" though, because they talk a good game. It's all fine and dandy to tell your employees that they need to put their families and themselves first, that they need to nourish themselves mentally and spiritually, but when you expect them to work every evening and most weekends in addition to the regular 9-5 grind, they quickly realize that you're just talking a bunch of trendy crap.

At any rate, religion is cool, just as long as I don't have to deal with the endless forwards and requests for prayer that religious people seem to thrive on.
