I'm convinced it's because I have a bizarre superpower that I've yet to harness. I'm positive; because the alternative explanation is that I'm remarkably stupid when it comes to electronics, and that just can't be right.

Whatever the cause, stuff breaks when I'm around, and as a result I am forced into contact with those so-called experts-tech support, help desk, the dudes in red polo shirts at CompUSA. The encounters are never pleasant. But I've learned how to make them slightly more enjoyable than digging through a dumpster for your nephew's retainer.

But only slightly.
