As she states in her article, "This is the first generation where young people fear that they are going to be worse off than the generation before." She speaks the truth. My generation of workers no longer believe we have job security, we struggle for healthcare, and we're forced to put up with unfair conditions for fear of losing our jobs. We should not have to fight for basic rights that unions can afford.
